FAIRY SKIRT

The fairies are gathering and want to see you wearing this whimsical sheer mini skirt that has the softest appliqued texture and reflects light as you move through the day.  

Made from a repurposed 1990s silk dress, that was taken apart, cut into shape and put back together with bits and pieces of the softest silk cut velvet, placed strategically to give you a little coverage where you want it most.  Both fabrics were overdyed to give them freshness and the prettiest shades of spring green and blue.  The silk organza has hand stamped designs added for subtle interest.  Sometimes the special features are just for you to know they are there.

One size, elastic waist, 16" length.

This is a great layering piece and can be styled in so many cute boho chic ways: over shorts, knickers, petticoat skirts.
