  • PLANT DYED VINTAGE ROSE

    Vintage Silk Chiffon in a beautiful rose print botanically dyed.

    I've been experimenting with plant based dyed such as avocado pits, and the dark knight pin cushion flower. The avocado pits turn the silk pink and the pin cushion flowers give a purply tone to the fabric. There are a few pieces left and they are available at the Atelier and at the Antique Fair.

FAIRY CAPSULE COLLECTION

The Fairy Capsule Collection began with vintage 1990s dresses that were cut up and torn apart. Then I decided to freshen them up with a dip into the dye pot.  After collecting similar colors and coordinating fabrics from my vintage stash, it was time to begin the creative process. 

Here is a whimsical display of pieces that are great for styling up to wear to your next tea party or festival event.
