Please know that each item is handmade for you in California. Any questions or concerns regarding fit, please contact BrigitteHartDresses.com before making your purchase. I will usually get back to you within 24 hours. I would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All items are available in a very limited basis as I tend to use vintage and antique fabrics and trims or deadstock fabrics sourced locally and come in small quantities unless otherwise noted. Many of my styles take up to 2 - 10 hours (minimum) to complete. Items that have hand-embroidery or special stitching can take days or even weeks to complete. Be assured that this item is made slowly with outstanding quality and is made to last with proper care. Each item is carefully inspected for any imperfections. This item is not mass produced and may be one of a kind, or from Brigitte Hart Dresses vintage collection and will be noted in the listing.
For clothing returns: Due to the delicate nature of the fabric and the style details, and because this item was made specifically for you, according to your request, we cannot not accept returns. However I do offer alterations for a low cost if necessary. Customer is responsible for return shipping in case of alterations or if there is some other arrangement that was discussed previously, and all items should be returned with all tags attached and in the same packaging as it was received. Your alteration is very important to me and will be put on the top of my priority list. You can expect to have your garment altered and shipped back to you within a 3-5 day period unless otherwise notified.

These items have been properly stored, cared for, washed, and made ready for sale. These items are authentic and were crafted and produced in the 1990's by Brigitte Hart Dresses.

In the rare case you purchased an item that was not to your liking, I will happily take it back (in original condition, unworn with tags included) for store credit or exchange within five days of receiving your order. I do not offer refunds.
