Her name is Iridaceae

Here is an elegant vintage inspired ensemble that mixes eras of Belle Epoque and Art Nouveau for a Modern Romantic special occasion in the palest cloud blue, ivory and a surprise of black. 

The fabric is silk chiffon and is so lightweight which floats through the air.  The silk slip adds a bit of opaqueness and depth to the look.
